Movement Foundation/Strength & Conditioning Course
This Course is designed and suited to absolute beginners, ex-athletes wanting to make a sporting comeback and those who just desire to get into shape, using weighted resistance.
The Course is an ideal stepping-stone for those who would like to progress onto our Course Level One - Beginners into Olympic Weightlifting.
Methodology and Benefits:
After an initial assessment of fitness, mobility, coordination and posture, participants will be given a specially individualised program of progressive exercises that will specifically address:
Imbalances & Weaknesses (injury avoidance)
Anatomical Posture
Suppleness & Mobility
Coordinated-Movement skills
Cardio Vascular Fitness
Muscular Condition & Tone
Working as part of a small group (max 6 people)
Duration:
12 x 90 minute sessions
6 weeks consecutive - 2 sessions per week
